This is a product we developed out of a need for our own use during a business coaching process with Mark Sturgell of the Performance Development Network. The process for coming up with goals is critical for those who want to live a life in which dreams are achieved, goals are met, and success is not an act of random chance. Feel free to poke around and play with these "public" goals. We are also producing a system that privatizes goals, connects the smaller goals with the big goals in a way that keeps the "big picture" always in front of you.
