want to be doing. We've been there. We used to think that it was our job to be "all things IT" to our customers. While that worked for quite a while, it led to a place where we wound up doing exactly what our customers wanted, but not at all what we set out to do, not at all what we were
made to do. We're refocusing right now, getting back on track, examining everything important to us and then seeing what fits, what doesn't fit, and what needs to change. We hope you'll go along this journey with us.

It's taken a lot of effort to come up with that list, and it's ever changing. It affects the business partnerships we pursue, the vendors we work with, and the way we spend and make our money. It literally affects everything we do.
Our values continue to evolve as we take account of ourselves, our dreams, our motivations, our successes, and our failures. We believe that we were designed to do specific things in life, and that there are other things we were not designed to do. We take this into account, and while it forces us to occasionally say "no" to something or back off from something that might otherwise look profitable.
